Before ordering or setting up

Operate within the manufacturer’s instructions
Do not treat a decorative protest inflatable as a ride or climbing structure. Stop use if equipment is damaged, unstable, or operating unsafely, and follow the manufacturer’s shutdown instructions.
This page does not establish a universal safe wind speed, ballast requirement, electrical rating, or weatherproofing claim. General guidance is not a substitute for product-specific instructions or a site-specific safety assessment.
Care, storage, and repair
Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning, drying, storage, and repair instructions. Ask for guidance before using chemicals, making electrical repairs, modifying anchoring, or attempting a repair not covered by those instructions.
For support, include your product name, order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs if available. Do not send sensitive payment information.
