Contact and inquiry information

When you send an inquiry, you provide your name, email address and message, and may provide an organization or product/order reference. We use this information to respond and assist with your request. When enabled, the website form sends those details through SendGrid to our business email. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. SendGrid open and click tracking are disabled for these inquiry messages.

Email and phone links open your own email or calling service. A prefilled email draft is not sent until you send it. Avoid including card numbers or other sensitive payment information in an inquiry.

Orders and payments

Stripe hosts payment entry and collects the payment, billing and shipping information needed for checkout. Our checkout integration sends product IDs/quantities and order-verification metadata to Stripe. Card numbers are not entered into our website contact form. Order information is used to process, fulfill and support purchases.

A checkout verification token and payment reference are kept in your browser’s session storage. They help verify a payment in the browser and tab where checkout started. Do not share your verification token. Clearing this storage during checkout can prevent automatic verification; contact us rather than paying again if a payment is uncertain.

Browser storage

• Cart: strikeforceCart stores selected products and quantities in local storage. It persists until you clear it, remove the items or clear browser data; a matching verified purchase clears the purchased cart.
• Checkout: unionCheckoutAttempt uses session storage for the checkout attempt, verification token and reference. A matching unchanged attempt is reused for up to 30 minutes; the stored record can remain until the browser session ends or storage is cleared.
• Privacy choice: unionPrivacyPreference stores only the analytics-off choice, version and time. The site honors it for up to 180 days. Browsers can retain the record longer until it is replaced or cleared. Analytics is off even without a saved choice.

Optional analytics

This version does not load Google Analytics or send optional analytics events. A previous version used Google Analytics. We attempt to remove recognizable legacy Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website at the root path; this does not erase historical provider records or cookies we cannot access.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to save an analytics-off preference. Any future analytics activation requires updated disclosures and a new visitor choice; this control does not grant future consent.

Service providers and technical requests

The website uses Vercel hosting, Stripe payments and, when the form is enabled, SendGrid email delivery. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser can request font files from Google even while analytics is off. Hosting and other providers receive technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver their services. Their processing and storage locations are governed by their own arrangements and policies.

The inquiry endpoint temporarily keeps a hashed IP-based request counter for abuse prevention, with a 10-minute window per running server instance. A hashed IP identifier is not treated here as anonymous. Hosting/security logs and provider records are separate from that counter.

Retention and requests

Browser-storage behavior is described above. Business correspondence, transaction records and provider logs are separate records; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline for them. Contact us to ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable recordkeeping, security or legal requirements before acting.
